Details

We faced the following challenges at the beginning of the cooperation:
  • Short period from decision making to full launch (less than a month)
  • Changing the person responsible for contact with the client
  • Changing the contact person on the Allegro platform
  • Decision to create a new brand zone instead of switching to an account

First, we made a full analysis of the products’ portfolio. While planning the inventory, we used effective techniques, which we had already tested with other clients.

After that we configured the sales offers and made “quiet start” a week before the official launch to validate the new brand zone and to acquire the SMART badge.
